I've been taking 5-10mg of valium (closer to 10mg in recent years) a day since 2019. It was that or neetdom/suicide as I couldn't focus and produce work and had nothing to live for. Hey anon I had a 3-10mg a habit Xanax and other presses street benzos. 2 seizures and 2 hospital stays until I did a detox at home. Literally couldn’t imagine life ever being worth living again. Tried to OD on Xanax, it kicked in and I called the cops on myself and lived. Finally quit after that. Been 2 years now and I’m finally feeling somewhat better, I will never be ‘back to normal’ again. That person is dead. But I’ve been sober 2 years and have a kid and a fiance and life is good. I've become a drunk since learning how to brew my own booze. I tried making homemade mead with turbo yeast, but it ended up at around 25% alcohol and tastes watery from all the sugars being turned.
