You know, I truly believed this to be the case when I made the decision that I was done with woke shit toward the end of 2023. I didn’t ever really believe it but I will shamefully admit that I submitted to societal lies to try and fit in. But I decided I was done and to move on, consequences be what they may.
What I found instead was that people started agreeing with me. Both instances of them being sick of repeating the lie and relieved that I was being real and people who have swayed and budged their opinions because I calmly and firmly explained what I know to be true. I’ve got more friends than ever and the best relationship with my family I’ve ever had. I have enough friends that I can afford to reject friends on the basis of being woke faggots (looking at you, White guy neighbors who disappointed me by being anti White for no reason when we tried to hang out)
The honesty was definitely freeing but I don’t think it has to accompany suffering anymore. In a way that was the worst part. I was nervous about a suffering that never materialized.
