I remember watching a documentary on the Shaolin monks and their magic powers. They were showing the strength of shoalin warriors. When they started banging their heads against a wall to "strengthen the head bones", I started to realize these guys are kind of ridiculous. It's a bunch of little men banging their skull against the wall. The so called "powerful shaolin monks" were completely dwarfed in size and stature by the american tourists filming and would definitely get bodied by them even without training. They dedicated their whole life to these magic rituals banging their heads into a wall. We're supposed to feel a sense of voodoo and mystique for these little guys. They're just ridiculous
