So we're officially priced out from ever purchasing a home, right?
Pitch a tent.Unless youre a tranny.
>>543896325Pretty much, yeah, unless you want to move to West Virginia or rural Pennsylvania and never see a person younger than 40 again.A housing price collapse will just have people defaulting and the bank taking their house, which will then be put up for auction, and it will cost $200K still, but you'll need it in cash.
>>543896427>and the bank taking their house, which will then be put up for auctionIncorrect. They will be bought by investment groups directly from the back and rented out (high).

>>543896325>mass male unemployment>lack of housesHow about we mobilise men to autistically build infinite houses? It can't be that hard.
>>543896695solutions to intentional societal problems are severely and illegally anti semetic.
>>543896427>unless you want to move to West Virginia or rural PennsylvaniDon't worry, we'll bring in immigrants to drive up housing there too.
>>543896695Or remove the filth that occupies existing homes that clearly don't belong here.
>>543896695That’s communism and it’s anti-Semitic to landlords
>>543896427the Spain experience proved REITs will simply hold to them to increase their book value, your sole chance of living in a house will be to fight with and amongst niggers and spics to occupy a house
Woe is me I can't buy drywall for 600k two stories of it just for me because I don't have a wife or kids I just want stacked drywall and glued wood sweepings.
>>543896325No dudeIt doesn't work like that.It will crash. That's best case scenario for Jews.If it doesn't within 3 years of everyone losing jobs to (((AI))) things are going to get interesting
Why are homes actually so expensive? I don't believe the economists that blame it all on zoning laws, feel like it has more to do with finance and credit and also infinite demand in cities since as a service economy we don't actually produce anything
>>543896457Investment groups buy them at auctions>>543897307The US actually has really good income/house prices, even now. Most of it is because people want to live in the good areas like Seattle or Miami or California. People don't want to live in Omaha Nebraska being surrounded by fatties. I see livable houses for $80K on Facebook Marketplace all of the time. There's literally so many abandoned houses where I live. Do people want to really live here? NO. You'll have a house, that's it. You'll have a fat smelly "girlfriend", the nature here is very boring and non-descript, there's no real careers here, etc.>>543896427
