I've just started eating Spam. Once you get it to not taste and smell quite as much like wet cat food, it's decently tolerable.To do so, it must be sliced thinly so as to caramelize it the whole way through when frying. Poverty food would be what I already eat; rice beans, pork chops and those 10lb bags of chicken quarters you need to cut up and trim yourself. Sometimes I splurge and get a pound of the cheap beef and pork mixture at walmart and get two meals of tacos out of it.
I live in an area where a lot of deer and rabbits feel safe around humans and just sit there like 10 feet away from us while they casually eat grass. Gonna just walk up to them and blast them in the head for meat if things get that bad.
