In 10 years, there will be no computer jobs anymore, just a handful of people that just prompt A.I. In 20 years, you will start to see robots and self driving cars take over physical jobs the same way that they are doing to software. In 30 years, 99% of humans will be completely useless. If doesn't matter if you have a 90% population of 90 years olds or 90% of 20 year old or a billion Einsteins, once the A.I and robots can all do everything, humans will cease to matter. The "demographics" in this case, will be how much electricity you can supply to the data centers, how good your A.I are and how many robots you have and can produce. This is so obvious now but there's still so many "experts" harping on about how countries need immigration, how to raise birthrates, or how China is totally doomed by 2100 because their total population is going to drop by by half, totally ignoring the large scale A.I job displacement that is literally happening right now and will only get worse and worse until all humans are obleste.
