Hey anons, I’m a deep insider of the housing industry. The majority of the homes in the US are owned by boomers. Those old fucks have seen how much their house is “worth” on (((Zillow))) thinking that’s how much someone will pay for it. Spoiler alert: no one is going to pay top dollar for your shitbox! Boomers are not desperate to sell. They will leave it on the market for as long as possible. We have to wait about 10 more years for the geriatric fuckers to start dying before houses drop on prices. Save up for the next decade and you’ll be able to buy a nice house for a fraction of what it’s listed today.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm reducing the house listing price to 3.96 million dollars down from 3.98 million dollars, the Customers are over there — toward the mountains.

When you say "The house prices have shot up into the sky" you're technically wrong about that, the price of a house has not moved relative to real asset backed money, in fact the opposite has occurred, the price of homes has gone down every year for the last 250 years straight. Your problem is that you're in a glass elevator going down, and you don't know that you are the one that is moving, down, and so when you are in this proverbial elevator and you say: "The land is rising up into the sky", you are not wrong from an Einstein relative frame of reference, the land is shooting up into the sky, but if you change your point of reference to isolate the US Dollar as the 10%/year to 25%/year Hyper-inflating anomaly, which it is in reality, you find that the land house price is not shooting up to the sky, it's actually trending down, it is YOU who are moving. And when a median house in America is worth 40 million US Dollars, then 400 million US Dollars, then 4 billion dollars, then again you will be found saying that "the price of houses are too high", and "These Zillow prices are shooting upwards, into the sky".

No shabis, It is you that is moving, the house has not budged a single inch. It is made of concrete and wood, it does not move. And you saying it does jump around like a Jewish Kid Killer immune to the law, it does not move at all, in fact, if it's doing any moving, it's going down.

Just as long as there's a housing shortage causes by mass immigration, the price of houses will never come down. Just having shitskins in your country is going to cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars extra for your house.

Your premise seems a little off, OP. What I've been watching happen around me is property management companies buying up entire neighborhoods and turning everything into rentals. Fits the "you will own nothing" idea we were all told about a few years ago.

Mortgage rates don't matter to them because they pay cash.

That and foreign buyers.

>OP doesn’t know where about to experience a huge inflationary wave over the next ten years
Homes will cost more in ten years than today 100%. The question is how much will a US dollar be worth?
>>
>>543920312
I mean I'm not gonna say ur wrong ur not but I'm just thinking
If op's premise is like 50% true that will send those companies holding all that property belly up since they won't control the entire market
Idk. I'm just hoping my folks leave me their house.
Buy the dip.

I've sold 2 houses. Some people don't mind keeping their house up for a long time to get the money they want. Some people want to get rid of it and will take more reasonable offers. Just depends on the person and situation.
>>
if you didn't buy a home already you are mega fucked

I know what my parents did for work and what they were able to afford.
I know what I do for work and cannot afford.
Younger people are very angry and this will drive us to an alternative system of government if not resolved.

When you mortgage to a house, you actually have to pay for the house over five times, over the thirty years, and this distasteful to the people who signed on early and discover it later, but if you keep studying, you find it all comes out in the wash, the banks are not stupid, in fact they are the smartest people to ever live. They need you to pay for the house five times, because although the first year's payments take nothing off the principal, the last years payments are worth 1/10000ths of the first year's payment. Half way through it's about even steven, and so you're only paying for the house between 1.5 and 2.5 times, over 30 years, even though on paper, at the start, a napkin math says you are paying for the house between 5 and 8 times in present value of money.

The insight is that the bank knows that in 30 years from now, a dollar today will only be worth about one tenth of one penny. And they know this with the same level of certainty that the sun will rise tomorrow, because they are the jew, and they own the entire process. And the Jew never fails, except when it's time for a Bolshevik Communist Jewish Revolution, where the Gentile Formics push back against the Alien Reptile Polyergus, and the shooting makes half the people die, now finally the Matrix can reboot. There is more than enough for everyone, we can all share, now that half of you have died. It's ghastly, but it works, so it's not stupid, and no there is no other way. half of you simply have to go.

I’m sorry did you think you can vote your way out of the current US government system? Anon US elections are highly contested and controlled. We aren’t free people. This isn’t what a free society looks like.
>>
>>543919486
Boomers will also make a minimal amount of updates to the home then demand an extra $50,000 because 'muh market value'. This also includes tacking on a shitty sun room, the most boomer thing you can do to a house to pad the overall square footage.
>>
>>543921155
I didn’t mention voting. Stop imagining things I say and responding to them.
The US system will not change without violence. Such violence will only occur when grocery stores are empty and Netflix is offline.
>>
>>543919486

>boomer dies
>rentoid child inherits house
>moves in
>no additional house on the market

its already over. you will own nothing.

The problem is just like 1984 they’re the ones pushing the violent narrative so it’s likely to fail. The reason why we’re seeing such a dramatic change in society today because they have the ability to police and maintain control with an introduction of 5G, AI surveillance technologies and soon-to-be robot enforcement technologies. Additionally everyone has been severely weakened by the Covid vaccines. It’s too late (in their views), the window has shifted.

Boomers will bequeath their property to their loving children.
My parents did. Why don't yours?
>>
>>543921297
If grocery stores are truly laid bare never to be stocked again, then it’s most likely that huge amounts of the US population would perish.

>>543921432
Not really. Master bath (full), hall bath (full), and a guest 1/2 bath.

The next possible big fuck you is going to be “The Great Taking” where anything secured with debt is repossessed and consolidated based on the current legal definitions of a complete financial collapse. If that happens you have to own your house outright. Even if you have $1000 in your mortgage you might not have the opportunity to pay it off and will potentially lose it. Additionally you need to ensure that your deed after you’ve paid your house off is on microfilm with your state or you have a wet ink paper copy of it. This is so your property ownership is not susceptible to cyber attacks where a digital ledger recording your deed gets wiped out.
