How likely is it for a major civil unrest situation or even a full-blown civil war to erupt in a western country before 2030?
Slim to none. Europeans don't own weapons and Americans are too glued to their screens to even go outside in most cases. Plus, inflation is so out of control that nobody would be able to afford it. Wars are mostly online now, fought with constant psyops.
