Rape has been redefined to just mean "sex she later regretted". Which, given the tendency for women at these places to consume copious amounts of alcohol and do drugs, it is going to happen that she does things that once sobriety and most importantly word gets around (like in these private group chats or social media) that amplifies the regret.What's also never mentioned is the racial stats too. We would actually expect that as the campuses get less white that rape would be up because of how dumb and low impulse control shitskins are. And that would also explain the, I'm gonna make a complaint to the institution but not pursue criminal changes behaviour too. Because while we all know that rape is bad, people becoming racist due to racial rape statistics is much worse.
