Hippies needed a valid excuse to buy DMSO because it's basically a liquid needle - it's usually used by athletes to get supplements in, and hippies are, generally, not athletes. LSD doesn't permeate the skin nearly as much as normies think - so if you want to load it into a squirt gun or throw a cup of it on someone, swipe someone's car handles with it or whatever, you mix your liquid L with DMSO.
