>>543955597I wonder if the kikes made that to be as rage inducing as it isI think the implications will go right over most peoples headsThey'll see the drone deliveries and forget the rest
>>543955521Banks are not the issue. At least not the public banks. The private equity market is in a bubble of biblical proportions right now.
>>543955213which state? why is op, the journo, such a faggot?
>>543955213People got adjustable rate mortgages expecting interest rates to fall, and then a war for Israel was started. Oops. Don't fall for the ARM scam.
Semites's fault. And whites' fault.
>>543955213A 42% increase is not the same as 42% of all homes. If they seized 100 homes one month it would be 142 now.
>>543955926>>543956008Texas
>>543955213>something is upYeah, foreclosures. But in two months the banks will be begging for a bailout.
>>543955926>South Carolina had the highest foreclosure rate in the country in August, with one in every 1,547 housing units receiving a filing.>Nevada followed at one in every 1,920 homes, while Florida ranked third at one in every 2,397.>Texas, at one in every 2,445 housing units, and Maryland, at one in every 2,530, rounded out the five states with the highest foreclosure rates.>Nationwide, one in every 3,569 housing units received a foreclosure filing during August.
>>543956124that seems very high. like, we should have heard about this a long time ago high

Is a link so hard, fat faggot?https://nypost.com/2026/10/05/real-estate/banks-seize-42-more-homes-as-americans-fall-behind-on-mortgages/
>>543956061Yes we know.
>>543955597Youll own nothing if you buy a home
>>543956184That's a .15% rate.That is not very high
>>543956475ballpark it at 200k nation wide at that rate. just for one month.
>>543956475>This simplifies to approximately 1 in every 297 housing units facing a foreclosure filing over the course of a full year (assuming the monthly rate stays constant).Sounds kind of high, anon. And I looked it up and it's a return to 2019 levels, before the CARES act, so it is a return to the "historical average" but since 2019 we've been below the historical average, we've very quickly bounced back to it and it seems to be growing steadily.
>>543955213>with one state hit the hardesthate these types of phrasings you know, "and there's a data point at the bottom too!" no shit, thats how statistics generally work
>>543955213>i own a house>bank can seize it during mortgage >state can seize it during perpetual rent (property taxes)Lmaooo mutts are delusional, you already own nothing and live in a commie state
>>543956099We'd better give it to them, they are too big to fail
>>543955970I legit can't decide if taking on massive debt to buy tangible assets right now is the pro move, or stacking paper(metal?).
>>543956817>And I looked it up and it's a return to 2019 levels, before the CARES act, so it is a return to the "historical average" but since 2019 we've been below the historical average, we've very quickly bounced back to it and it seems to be growing steadily.Interesting, but I'm calling it a nothing burger until I see it ascend well past the historical average. There shouldn't be much cause for foreclosures, rates went up recently, alot of people have mortage rates at 2-4% that they should be locked into.If there was a large swing in unemployment that would explain it, but we haven't seen any of that in recent data.
>>543956987bankers push ARMs like you wouldnt believe. that 2% may not be around for much longer
>>543956987>If there was a large swing in unemploymentAnon, I...
>>543957223>ARM'sI really hope no one was stupid enough to fall for that one, but you have a point.Anyone who had a heloc too, would be feeling additional finanical stress
>>543955213>deport shitskins>mysteriously they decide not to pay their mortgage>banks begin the process of legally taking back the houseYou are here.
>>543955521Maybe in two weeks
>>543955970Cant wait to see those faggots rain from the rooftops
>>543957325helocs were fine until trump made the interest non deductible
>>543956061Stupid mofo
>>543956987New nonfarm hires are literally at great depression levels, anon...Among other things of course, rising insurance rates in florida are massively increasing housing prices, that's why they have so many foreclosures. The mortgages can stay exactly the same but they effectively go up when home insurance and taxes go up, which have both been happening.
>>543956017>People got adjustable rate mortgages expecting interest rates to fallthey got them because they knew they wouldn't qualify for the loans when the rates increased. The problem with that is that now that the rates are increasing they're finding out why they wouldn't qualify for them. Put that ontop of a massive private consumer loan bubble and you're seeing a squeeze on both sides for the banks to make dues. People can't pay both their mortgages and their consumer debt at the same time. It was (consumer debt bubble) marketed as a way to make quick cash out of the immigrant population, but now that stress has been put on that sector with uncertainty it's coming crashing down long before any profit has been made.
>>543958728Who knew building on a flood plain was a bad idea?
>>543955213>nevada #1this is looking good, crashbros
>>543959073to be fair that didn't matter when the average person could afford a house, and houses in said area were typically shacks the size of mobile homes. Now said mobile homes are worth 300k and insurance rates have gone up as a result.
>>543959154im wondering how hard the tech industry in vegas got hit lately. i actually have no idea what the state of it is. i hope it's not great

>>543955597Anal Schwab will own nothing and I will be happy.
>>543956068this is because h1bs are fleeing the country and ditching their homes and mortgages, which they're underwater on anyway.
>>543959363someone mentioned in another thread the possibility that immigration is actually doing their job. also, a somewhat large amount of illegals are taking vouchers and going back voluntarily. there may be a lag time between reality and published numbers.and jews rely on renting to the illegals
>>543959720I don't think the degree to which we were sold out can be overstated.
>>543959720This is absolutely what's happening. Rents are already falling in cities that are cooperating with ICE, but it takes some time for the results to become apparent.
>>543955213Just raise property taxes.
>>543959310If you got forced out of a 2% loan you're retarded. You were stealing from the bank at that rate.
>>543955213>buy a house>have to constantly maintain ithard pass, just gonna buy some box trucks and convert the back of each one into a room and live out in the middle of nowhere and have some goats. i'm living in my grandmothers old house built in the 30s and its literally falling to pieces and leaking
>>543960167I walked away from it. Haven't contacted the bank, I just stopped paying and left. Can't afford it and it's not worth the headache. Those guys should really do more research on the properties they're dealing with.
>>543955213boomers rather have the bank get the property instead of paying it off and letting their children inherit it eventually

>>543955213>something is up
This is what you're framing out about by the wayThat's approx 30 more foreclosures per state. Meaningless
>>543955213Economy is shit and people cant sell because they are locked into low interest mortgages and any new mortgage will be high interest.

>>543955597Can't go to Mars and have unlimited third world migration that lowers the average IQ by 30 points
The housing market didn't crash when it had every reason in the book to is what happened. That's right boomer, that 2nd house of yours you must be so happy! It's worth so much more than anyone can afford...including yourself! You did "lock in" like every other homeowner who won't sell right? Oh those homeowners got a lower rate you say? And that they'd never sell? That only your expensive house is available on the market and now you're starting to bring the price closer and closer to your "break even" point? And in a year..what happens when I don't buy that house? You'll foreclose or you'll sell it to me for half of what you bought it for. The firesale rises!
>>543955213>letting bank take your home without consequencesI'd cause a flood inside walls and let them have their moldy house
