>>543958934It depends on the scale of your political goals, if you're talking about something like totally reshaping the immigration policy of a nation of ~340 Million people you'll need large amounts of money.Basically when you talk about signifigently affecting the lives of more people who could hear you shouting a rousing speech at once you start needing money.If you wanted to run a political campaign in which you were trying to not spend any money, and wanted to get the necessary ~170 Million votes to win, you'd need to either convince large amounts of volunteers to donate a bunch of stuff indirectly somehow not actually spending any money, or start convincing 10,000 people a day to vote for much later for 55 years. If you want to get like a park bench built a good argument to a small room of people works well enough.
