Law Enforcement tactics in this day and age are of the opinion that prison does not work so they've elected to quite simply drive paranoia as much as humanly possible using psychiatry and psychology as their weapon of choice. The quickest way to catch a Diagnosis and a Forced Hospitalisation in this day and age is to correctly identify an Undercover Police Officer. This tactic is known as Mobbing and Conditioning and was created to drive paranoia in bomb makers back in Iraq. If you report it to a Psych you'll get diagnosed with Delusion Disorder like any other asshole so the police can't actually speak up about you doing it without getting sectioned. Have at it boys.

Then they'll park a car there with your ex-gf's name as the number plate. They'll walk past you and say something that is only relevant to you as they walk past as if they're talking to their partner hoping you will lash out. They will accelerate their unmarked vehicle at you and brake heavily then gesture aggressively hoping you'll react so they can report you to uniformed officers who charge you. They will break into your house and slowly move items, turn cook tops on, so on and so forth. They will use a network of informants to be waiting for you wherever you go to use keywords to condition you that are just everyday words. This is designed to cause you to isolate thereby placing you into an open air prison. If you notice this and report it you will be diagnosed as being paranoid and delusional.
