Basically, there was a plan for India to build high tech Japanese railway systems. Japan gave India 3 Billion in investment to integrate their signalling systems into their railway, but India decided to develop their own bullshit Indian system that's completely incompatible with Japanese tech because embezzlement and corruption. Japanese investors now seething because the entire fucking train system is broken and can't work anymore.

3 Billion worth of Japanese high tech investment wasted on curry and poo poo.
