I used to wear slides around in the city in 2019. I thought it was cool and fashionable. I didn't live there, I lived 30 mins away, but I would drive there every now and then to stay the night with a girl I was seeing at her apartment. I really liked the idea of wearing slides around the city. Like 'I live here, I just put these on because I'm going shopping and it's a minute walk to the shops. I don't have to get dressed up.' Sigh..I doubt anyone will understand what I'm trying to say.
