Some people/politicians call for a ban of halal slaughter. I don't disagree and have no sympathies for them, but this only makes sense if two other practices are also banned.1. Circumcision (should be obvious that skinning newborns must be illegal)2. Most fish are killed via suffocation. 240 million fish per day suffocate. This is a radiculous amount of suffering and there's no good reason to do this.3. Vaccines must also be banned but that's another topic.A country in which halal slaughter would be allowed but 1. and 2. were banned would be more civilized than the other way round.
