I remember exactly how schooling system was changing when I was in school, mostly because I had comparison to my older brother. And while my brother had the school system which was promoting talented people, as he was promoted to higher class due to being intelligent and was learning with kids 2 years older tha him, I 6 years later was put into "noone left behind" type of school, where the class of nerds were given deliquents and juveniles "to help them develop" which ended up with us being beaten up every time these fuckers actually came to school.
