I need to understand what they are saying so I can follow the advice, but then I hear such heavily broken and accented German I have to ask them to clarify like 5 times and I'm still not sure if I got it right at the end.We are better off without them.

Its not like they can kick me out. Boomers and even zoomers with fucked backs and brain tumors come and go to my unit in unending numbers. Half of nurses quit working here in less than 2 years.due to amount of work amd shit pay. My hospital is already filled by slovak and polish doctors. Might as well get some asian mystery meat nurses from Asia. Im bored fucking czech nurses only.
