I'm not against it, but in my opinion it's one of the worst ways to waste money.If you grow it yourself sure, but it's also a nasty habit and it causes emotional dependence on the substance, just like any other like tobacco or coffee.I quit weed long time ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Most likely will never smoke again, have no intention at all, and after a long period of daily usage and all the sudden quit, it triggered something in the brain, basically more discipline and control and also a elevated feeling of sober high.Strange plant but it has it's benefits.Depends on the personality of the person, it's not a substance that will have the exact effect on the mind for everyone, besides the getting high part.
It's an addiction, but I rarely spent more than $2 a day to be buzzing all day. Cheaper than just about anything else you can do if you smoke from a pipe with efficient uptake. It leaves me so damn detached and uninterested, but the rebound effect is usually very positive for a few weeks. Then I start feeling ready to get hooked on the goynip again. Too bad it's all GMO steroid-laced poison nugs these days. I love the scraggly ass traditional bud, smoke that til your throat is sore and it only makes you feel good. But it's not profitable for these goddamn corporations.

in hs-college weed was great. i stole my dad's shit or bought from my skater friends and it was like an event. then it got legal, turned 21, could buy at a dispensary, now its just a ritual, thing i do a few times a day out of habit after work. i dont even enjoy it anymore. shouldnt be banned but its one of those things that should be done in moderation or it just makes you put shit off, or you write a bunch of dumb shit that you thought was productive but was really a waste of time

I smoked several times daily for over 10 years. I got 2 weeks off work on medical leave when I was quitting because of the withdrawal symptoms being bad, I couldn't sleep and had the most intense dreams I ever had in my life. I go back go work on Tuesday. I'm surprised my doctor allowed me but it made all the difference in being able to quit and manage the symptoms.I don't know what to think of it. I liked it but I didn't like it when it was at the point that i had to schedule things in my life around not being high.

That's my experience at least I regularly go through regular because I'm just flat out a superior version of me when I'm sober. At the same time, i find it's very important to go back to weed. Weed has a great way of changing your perspective. When you're a daily stoner or a straight edged sober, the routine of life makes you find a groove. It's so vital to change things up. I find I'm such a more attentive and sentimental husband and father cause of this cycle

I did not know what the fuck was happening and thought i will die any moment. I unironically said my last prayers. I calmed down a little bit eventually and was able to sleep for 2 hours. When i woke up i had 3 weeks of being in a dream like state plus constant panic attacks, the most gory nightmares i ever had in my life, sweats etc. The first week I probably slept only for 2 hands full of hours, then second week the nightmares began. Got my heart checked and everything was fine. They then prescribed me lorazepam for the panic attacks but I never took a single one of them. The panic attacks lasted for a couple of years but pretty much only in really packed crowds. Now i get them very rarely. I still think there was something sprayed onto it. Some friends told me they felt weird smoking it too. Havent started again ever since that. A couple times a year i take a few drags with a couple of beers if im with someone who smokes but thats it. There definitely are physical withdrawals not only in your head.
