If even a small percent of people stop, then normies wake up and say "huh, wait if you think about it this makes no sense" and it cascaded. Over the course of one generation the Pacific Northwest went from numbers like the New England to numbers like Europe. It's slow and painful, but there is the very real chance within a few generations genital mutilation will be a thing of the past in all of the US.
