It will even give you withdrawal symptoms for shit you dont even take alot of like caffeine and if you drink occasionally.Have you thought about quitting? Its not going to get any easier.

Quitting is a bitch, been there. Nicotine was no problem, xanax was. I banked it during the day and used it t to sleep. but my doctor decided he was going to retire and I had to grt off them since most wont prescribe them.

I know this is hard but years of going through all kinds of shit like this comes down to the fact of fear. You're scared of something. The only way to get through life is to accept your problems head on and face the fear. I know it's terrifying but it really is the only way. Benzos temporarily take away the fear, but in the end make it so much worse.
