you do have skills which can sustain you in the event of a prolonged and indefinite internet/tech blackout right, anon?

because thats whats coming.

If you aren't in one of the bellow fields you're probably going to queuing for bread and eventually starving to death;

>Nurses, doctors, midwives, paramedics and carers
>Electricians, power engineers and generator technicians
>Mechanics and mechanical fitters
>Farmers, growers and livestock workers
>Water-system workers, plumbers and sanitation workers
>Carpenters, builders, roofers and masons
>Food processors, bakers, millers and preservation specialists
>Transport workers and logistics coordinators, seamen
>Welders, machinists, blacksmiths and toolmakers
>Organisers, dispatchers and local administrators
>>
Some people are unable to self stimulate without internet

AI propaganda
>>
If a lot of important stuff somehow disappeared but everyone who could rebuild that stuff were left alive, then what would it really matter?

I live with my parents in a rural area and get free money from the government.
I can trade you eggs for diesel

I think OP feels like it's of utmost importance that he's among those that make it to the other side.
>>

>because thats whats coming.
And yet you keep all your money digital. You have no conviction you are a bitch boy. You're using the internet right now even. Zero conviction. Kill yourself.

They're posturing for regulatory capture

>you wouldn't survive only being able to eat potatoes, you're eating rice and chicken right now, whilst there's rice and chicken available, you're supposed to start only eating potatoes right now to train yourself to be able to get by on only potatoes because you're incapable of adapting to changing circumstances and deal with the situation at hand when it actually happens
Do you ever stop and listen to the things you're saying? Do you also get up every two hours at night because maybe one day you'll have to heat with a wooden stove all night through and you need to train for that possible event in the future right now?
>>

it's just a mix of them using this as advertisement for military contracts, as well as them preparing their investors for the inevitable shortfall with regards to the profits, while being able to claim they had to do it for safety reasons

you also forgot IT admins on your list. you know, the kind of guys who have to fix the system when the automation breaks down. which will only happen more and more frequently as you try to automate more things.
>AI will do it by itself
lmao

Yeah it doesn't take much skill to aim a gun through the roof of your mouth.

You guys can larp as rugged survivors, I'm exiting the world as soon as I lose access to toilet paper, running water, and tentacle hentai.

Yes, and I don't have to prove a fucking thing to you faggots.
PROTIP = you don't earn these skills by wasting your life on here, you do it by going outside and touching grass, and not being a retard.

pic related, then I've got stuff to do, later niggers

skills trump money every time

Money is often falsely equated with productivity, intelligence, class, success, integrity, and/or good taste.
If you equate success with money, you will likely be perpetually dissatisfied, in a constant state of longing.

But if you VALUE THINGS WHICH CANNOT BE BOUGHT, such as:
community
family
work ethic
intellect
fitness
perseverance
cleanliness
honesty
integrity
compassion
tradition
loyalty
reliability
patience
humor
If you value the above, you will always be content and successful, no matter where you are or what you do.
Judge yourself by deed, not possession.

GET THE FUCK OFF YOUR PHONE.

The AI apocalypse only affects the white collar. As a tradie I can tell you we already faced/continue to face our apocalypse in the form of unrelenting mass migration. Unrelenting mass migration cheered on by smug cosmopolitan white collar fags who now also want my job.

No. I don't know how to do anything but shitpost.

I've been a mechanical fitter/fabricator for over ten years and am regularly stumped by machinery I'm expected to repair.

does anyone remember or have a copy of the dual-scenario AI script that fagmasons are very obviously following and was available mid covid and possibly earlier
>>
>>544080587
Friendly reminder that the data-centers aren't for AI. AI is levelling out, and calling it "super intelligence" won't change that.
The data-centers are for surveillance, and to eventually force consumers to rent compute power at centralized data processing stations via fiber optics or starlink. So nothing you do on the internet or at home will ever be private or anonymous again.

This take is actually retarded. Could probably learn nursing in 1 year, not 2 to 4, but doctor, naw dawg, the level of decision making is absurd sometimes, engineer? You cant really compare that to a technician or electrician which goes by a set book and doesn't need to not learn crazy amounts of math to do data driven analysis and decision making. Any job that requires complex decision making is not a 6 month for even a year or two long training job.
