The US is finished
>>
silver fags were right. its pretty crazy that when silver fags started shilling on pol silver was like 20$ and now its 90. and USA is most likely losing world reserve status so it could shoot up even higher

>world supply of silver is 800,000 tonnes
>World supply of bismuth is 680,000 tonnes
>Less supply of bismith on earth than silver
>Bismuth has a healthy demand side used for industry and medicine
>Used in alien tech
>Obvious unique properties not found in any other metal
>Makes pretty crystals
>Its alloys with tin or cadmium have low melting points and are used in fire detectors and extinguishers, electric fuses and solders
>Can make fishing lures
>Can be melted down into balls and fired out of rifles in shtf
>Can be melted into things like jewelry and upcharged
>used in vaccines
>Used in self assembling nano robots
>Current spot of silver is $62 per troy oz
>Current spot of bismuth is under $1 per troy oz because it's not being hoarded by bankers (yet)
>Bismuth, the people's money
>There isn't enough bismuth on earth for every millionaire to own 500 ounces. Right now 500 ounces of bismuth would cost $500...
>Let that sink in....
Take the bismuth pill
>>
>>544095553
I take bismuth for indigestion and h pylori precautions
>>
its over
>>
>>544095553
So just buy 500lbs of bismuth and then when you need money find a specialty dealer that wants to buy your 500lbs of bismuth out of a van?

you forgot that the US has the petrodollar and can print almost infinite amounts to offload its debt as inflation onto everyone else
>>
>>544095116
That's Republican Laffer Curve Propaganda.
Tax the rich, and the deficit goes away.

nah comparing it to current receipts is way worse
the tax burden between the UK and the US are very different. For example, the US doesn't tax petrol at all, whilst the UK taxes it at like 60%.
Thus the US gov receipts are small compared to the UK. However, that doesn't mean the US is incapable of matching the tax burden of the UK. It absolutely could if it needed to, and be in a better spot to tackle debt.

I think it's a safer assumption that all economies can handle the roughly same tax burden, so you should compare against gdp when determining if debt is nation-destroying.
>>
>>544097019
the image shows both
I think it gives a better understanding than just showing one
>>
>>544097161
Eh i guess more information can't hurt. It's good to also know the countries respective deficits and bond yields.
However, the twitter dude isn't arguing that we should use both metrics moving forward.
They are saying that debt-to-gdp should be replaced with debt-to-receipts.Their graph is just to help their argument for transitioning to the other metric.
>>544095553
I don't think those things require very much bismuth though.

Not anymore. Not since losing the Iran War.

in any case, it highlights how out of balance the american deficits truly are
even if the americans would SOMEHOW double their taxes, they would still have a deficit worse than France
the country is finacially finished
>>
>>544099140
>2026 us deficit is 6.8% of gdp
damn
eh they still have the petrodollar

theyre becoming Brazil in every way imaginable
>>

Is brazil bad?
I guess I'm giving the current admin too much credit.
The current idiotically incompetent administration can't be trusted to manage this developing crisis (but I think a normal admin could do it)
