However, their Ismaili Shi'a territories north of Yemen (Najran, Asir, and Jazan) have only been part of Saudi Arabia since 1934 and is easily their most demographically insecure region due to the war with the Houthis. So I can definitely see settlement there being part of a deliberate demographic engineering program.
