>In Locminé, Jehovah’s Witnesses alerted the police, bringing an end to the ordeal of a woman who had been subjected to physical assaults, insults, and other forms of psychological abuse. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison without suspension by the Lorient court on Monday, September 28.

>It was by knocking on the door of a house in Locminé on September 24 that two Jehovah’s Witnesses brought an end to the ordeal of a 46-year-old woman who had been subjected to her partner’s violent outbursts. The man appeared before the Lorient court on September 28 for an immediate trial.

>Last Thursday, the victim broke down in front of the two women, telling them about the beatings and insults before showing them her injuries. Terrified and threatened with death, she had not dared to go to the police. The two Jehovah’s Witnesses then alerted law enforcement.

I chase them around with my Bible.
>If there is only one savior, and it's God and you say Jesus is your savior, then who is Jesus?

I actually got one to admit that Jesus wasn't his Saviour because he doesnt believe Jesus is God and only God can save. I told him then he has nothing.
>>
>>544128608
Jehovah's Witnesses don't believe in salvation like that. They don't even understand the Bible
>>
>>544129155
The Bible identifies God as the primary source of salvation, often referring to him as “Savior.” (1 Samuel 10:19; Isaiah 43:11; Titus 2:10; Jude 25) In addition, God used various men to deliver the ancient nation of Israel, and the Bible calls them “saviors.” (Nehemiah 9:27; Judges 3:9, 15; 2 Kings 13:5)

Likewise, since God provides salvation from sin through the ransom sacrifice of Jesus Christ, the Bible refers to Jesus as “Savior.”—Acts 5:31; Titus 1:4.

I invited them them in, asked them whether they believed Satan would be destroyed after the final battle. They said yes and then read Revelation 20:10
>And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
I explained to them thats not what that verse says. They haven't visited again.

>the Bible refers to Jesus as “Savior.”
Oh it does.
That's your seeming contradiction to deal with. The Bible is explicitly clear that there is only one savior, and it is The LORD. Yet, the same Bible calls Jesus savior.

Who then, does that make Jesus?
>>
>>544130649
>Who then, does that make Jesus?
The sovereign LORD God of Israel.
>>
>>544130405
The word used for “torment” in the Bible can also mean “a condition of restraint.” For example, the Greek word for “tormentors” used at Matthew 18:34 is rendered as “jailers” in many translations, showing the connection between the words “torment” and “restraint.”

Likewise, the parallel accounts at Matthew 8:29 and Luke 8:30, 31 equate “torment” with “the abyss,” a figurative place of complete inactivity or death. (Romans 10:7; Revelation 20:1, 3) In fact, several times the book of Revelation uses the word “torment” in a symbolic sense.—Revelation 9:5; 11:10; 18:7, 10.

>>544130649
Note that Othniel and Ehud were raised up by Jehovah God as saviors. They were merely the agents through whom the great Savior, God, brought about liberation from enemy oppression. Othniel, Ehud and others like them did not proclaim themselves to be saviors. They acknowledged the One who was using them as being their Savior and God.
>>

>Jehovah’s Witnesses strive to adhere to the form of Christianity that Jesus taught and that his apostles practiced
Who has the authority to speak like this?
>O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
A thirty something year old man? No.
A prophet? No.
An angel? No.
An archangel? Also no.
The living God? Yes.

It seems the solution to the paradox of Jehovahs witnesses is accepting that Jesus is who the prophets say He is, who Jesus Himself says he is, amd who His disciples said he is.

Jehovahs witnesses wont admit unless heavily pressed that they believe Jesus is the archangel Michael because in their heart they know scripture doesnt reflect it, they take one passage in Daniel and run with it. Discounting the fact that while "Prince" is one of Jesus' titles, others include "The mighty God, The Everlasting Father." The beginning and the end. The King of Kings and LORD of Lords. Yahweh, The proper name of The sovereign LORD God of Israel.
>>
>>544130687
Jesus’ opposers accused him of making himself equal to God. (John 5:18; 10:30-33) However, Jesus never claimed to be on the same level as Almighty God. He said: “The Father is greater than I am.”—John 14:28.

>>544130890
Jesus is a god. “God” means a strong one. Christ is called “The mighty God” at Isaiah 9:6, “a god” at John 1:1, and “the only-begotten god” at John 1:18.

Jehovah is not the only god or strong one. The very fact that he is called the Almighty God indicates that there are other gods not so mighty, not almighty like him

>Note that Othniel and Ehud were raised up by Jehovah God as saviors
As Judges. The Bible calls them Judges. This isn't the first time I've had this debate.

>I, I am the Lord, and besides me there is no savior.
There's no room to interpret that.

Admit Jesus isnt your savior. Admit Jesus can't save because only God can save and you don't believe Jesus is God. Admit your religion doesnt need Him. Admit your pastures are as dry fields, and as dust, without the fountain of living water.
>>
>>544131015
The Bible does not limit the term “savior” to the Most High. In the past, men whom God used in freeing his people Israel from oppression were called saviors. We read: “Jehovah raised a savior up for the sons of Israel that he might save them, Othniel the son of Kenaz, the younger brother of Caleb.” (Judg. 3:9) Then again we are told: “The sons of Israel began to call to Jehovah for aid. So Jehovah raised up for them a savior, Ehud.”—Judg. 3:15.

In the original Hebrew text of the Bible, the same word is used for these human saviors as is used elsewhere in the Bible when referring to Jehovah God as Savior.—Psalm 7:10.

>Jehovah is not the only god
Does the JW bible not include Isaiah?
>I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me.
I'm only joking. I know it does include it.

It's funny people like you claim to have the only correct understanding of scripture but then you dont just interpret a passage in a strange way. You see God explicitly, and repeatedly say there is no God but Him then you say that there are other "gods".

The word of The LORD.
>I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me.
The JW interpretation of that verse.
>Jehovah is not the only god.

Repent, why should you die? For what purpose?
>>
>>544131093
>The Bible does not limit the term “savior” to the Most High
Again, i think JWs need to brush up on Isaiah.
>I, I am the Lord, and besides me there is no savior.
When The sovereign LORD God says there is no saviour beside Him, why would you jump through hoops trying to prove that there are saviors beside God.

You have nothing in Jesus because you don't know who He is. If He's not The sovereign LORD God of Israel then asking him to save you is blasphemous and heretical.

Biblical monotheism is monolatrism, the consistent worship of only one divine person in the divine/supernatural realm inhabited by divine/supernatural persons. The one divine person who receives full devotion and worship is the almighty creator.

For instance, Psalm 8:5 calls the angels elohim, literally “gods”. Angels are called gods elsewhere too in Psalms 86:8 and 136:2.

Angels are also described as gods in the rest of the Bible, before and after Psalm 8:5, from Genesis to Revelation.

Some notable examples of such are found at Genesis 32:25; Judges 6:21; 13:19, 20; Daniel 3:25; 6:22; 7:10; 10:5, 6; Acts 12:6-10 and Revelation 8:5. Also note the supernatural power of the fallen angels, the demons, at Genesis 6:2 where they were able to produce male bodies for themselves, and at Job 1:14-19 where Satan directed groups of people and controlled the elements of fire and wind. Thus, all spirit creatures inferior to the Almighty God are described as supernatural and therefore are divine beings or gods by nature.

>>544131226
Jesus Christ cannot be spoken of as being a Savior besides Jehovah, that is, as a rival of his Father. The Scriptures clearly establish that Jesus’ role as Savior was assigned to him by his Father. The Christian apostle John wrote: “We ourselves have beheld and are bearing witness that the Father has sent forth his Son as Savior of the world.” (1 John 4:14)

Aged Simeon, on seeing the babe Jesus at the temple, exclaimed: “Now, Sovereign Lord, you are letting your slave go free in peace according to your declaration; because my eyes have seen your means of saving.”—Luke 2:29, 30.

be spoken of as being a Savior besides Jehovah, that is, as a rival of his Father.

As Jesus said in the clearest possible terms imaginable at John 17:1-5, the Father is God, and He is the only one to receive full worshipful devotion.

Now, since Trinitarianism advocates worshiping Jesus and the Holy Spirit as persons of the Godhead along with the Father, it unwittingly advocates idolatry. Only the Father is to be worshiped.

Thus, according to the Trinitarian “true God/false God” dichotomy, Trinitarianism unwittingly calls Jesus and the Holy Spirit false Gods and idols. Contrarily, Jehovah's Witnesses worship only the Father in monolatry.

Biblical theology is monolatrous and Trinitarianism is idolatrous.

It is extremely important to realize that “God did not send some angel to rescue mankind. He made the supreme sacrifice of sending his only-begotten Son, “the one he was specially fond of.”—Proverbs 8:30; John 3:16.”

This is true because:

“Only Jehovah’s firstborn Son could measure up to the special needs of the situation involving sinful mankind. He is such an image of his heavenly Father in showing affection for members of the divinely produced family that he is without equal among the sons of God. Since all other intelligent creatures were brought into existence by means of him, his affection for them would certainly be abundant.” (The Watchtower. 1992 1/15 p. 10 par. 6 “Everlasting Happiness Awaits Godly Givers.”)

Jesus’ being referred to as the Savior does not mean that he is the same as Jehovah God.

The very name “Jesus” points to God as the source of salvation. It means “Jehovah Is Salvation” and thus honors the Father as the Savior to whom even the Son looked
>>
>>544131645
Jesus himself, however, directed attention and worship only to Jehovah God. For example, when prodded to do an act of worship to the Devil, Jesus said: “It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.” (Matthew 4:10)

To a Samaritan woman, Jesus described the type of worship that individuals must give to God. Their worship must be based on spirit and truth. Indeed, “the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship him.” (John 4:23, 24)

The Orthodox Church would emphatically agree that Jesus is not a rival to the Father. Your problem is the assumption that Jesus cannot be fully God without becoming a second, competing deity. As the other anon pointed out,
>”I, even I, am the LORD, And there is no savior besides Me.” Isaiah 43:11
>”so that all will honor the Son even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.” John 5:23
>”We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.” John 4:14
Concerning 1 John 4:14, you cite it as though the Father’s sending of the Son establishes that Jesus is a created being or lacks the divine nature. But it establishes neither of those things. It establishes that the Father sent the Son to save the world. The distinction between the Father and the Son does not require a distinction in their divine nature. The Orthodox Church confesses one God, not two competing deities. The Father accomplishes our salvation through His eternal Son, who shares fully in the divine nature.

>John 14:28
Orthodoxy acknowledges both the Father's monarchy, meaning that the Father is the eternal source of the Son, and Christ's genuine human nature. St. John Chrysostom addresses this very verse in Homily 75 on John. He allows that the Father can be called greater insofar as He is the cause of the Son, while explicitly rejecting the conclusion that the Son therefore possesses a different divine essence.
>John 20:17
Christ became fully human. As man, He truly worships and prays to the Father. Orthodox Christology does not deny this.
Notice, however, that Jesus says My Father and your Father, rather than simply our Father. His relationship to the Father is not identical to ours.
>1 Corinthians 8:6
Paul's complete statement also identifies Jesus as the one Lord, through whom all things exist. If identifying the Father as the one God necessarily excludes Jesus from divinity, does identifying Jesus as the one Lord necessarily exclude the Father from lordship?
>1 Peter 1:3: "The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Again, this establishes a relationship between the Father and the incarnate Son. It does not establish that the Son was created or that His divine nature differs from the Father's.
>Revelation 3:14: "The beginning of the creation of God."
The Greek word translated “beginning” is archē, which can also mean origin or source. The passage does not necessarily identify Christ as the first thing created, but can instead identify Him as the source of creation itself. This is consistent with John 1:3, which declares that all things came into being through Christ, and apart from Him nothing came into being. You’re assuming that Christ belongs to creation when the text does not establish that.

The expression “Son of God” acknowledges that God is the Creator, or Source, of all life, including that of Jesus. (Psalm 36:9; Revelation 4:11)

God created Jesus before he created anything else. Regarding Jesus, the Bible says:

“He is the firstborn of all creation.”—Colossians 1:15.

He is “the beginning of the creation by God.”—Revelation 3:14.

The Trinity is a post-biblical, 4th-century development that retrofitted Greek philosophical definitions onto an ancient Semitic text.

>>544132038
Jesus certainly occupies a pivotal role in true worship, one worthy of honor and respect. (2 Corinthians 1:20, 21; 1 Timothy 2:5) He is the only way through which we are able to approach Jehovah God. (John 14:6)

Accordingly, true Christians do well to direct their worship only to Jehovah God, the Almighty.
>>
>>544132132
Jesus is here rejecting the Pharisees idea that he is equal with God, highlighting that he only does what the Father commanded him to do, that the only authority he has is that given to him by the Father.

The Greek word translated here “just as” is καθώς (kathos). I may be also be translated as “in the same degree as”, or “exactly as”, but it is not the only way to understand it.

For example, the same writer, John, used the word καθώς is verses such as John 20:21:

Then Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you; as the Father has sent Me, I also send you (AMP).

And in 1 John 4:17:

By this, love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, we also are in this world (NASB).

The first verse does not mean that the disciples are sent from heaven to earth as divine persons to give their lives as a ransom for humanking. καθώς here does not imply exact correspondence.

And the second verse does not mean that Jesus’ disciples are coequal with the Son.

In both cases, there is a specific point of comparison.

You’re overlooking the most important part of the passage. Your central claim is
>"Jesus is here rejecting the Pharisees idea that he is equal with God"
Let’s examine what John actually records. In John 5:18, the evangelist explains that the Jewish opponents sought to kill Jesus because He called God His own Father, thereby making Himself equal with God. The text doesn't specifically identify these opponents as Pharisees. Jesus then responds:
>”Whatever the Father does, the Son likewise does.” John 5:19
>”Just as the Father raises the dead and gives life, the Son gives life to whom He wishes.” John 5:21
>”The Father has entrusted all judgment to the Son.” John 5:22
>”All must honor the Son just as they honor the Father.” John 5:23
>”Just as the Father has life in Himself, He has granted the Son to have life in Himself.” John 5:26
Verse 19 is especially important. Jesus doesn't merely say He obeys the Father's commands. He declares that whatever the Father does, the Son also does. You can bob and weave all you want, but your theology does not stand up to scrutiny.

The Greek and Hebrew words rendered “lord” (or such related terms as “sir,” “owner,” “master”) are used with reference to Jehovah God (Eze 3:11), Jesus Christ (Mt 7:21), one of the elders seen by John in vision (Re 7:13, 14), angels (Ge 19:1, 2; Da 12:8), men (1Sa 25:24; Ac 16:16, 19, 30), and false deities (1Co 8:5).
>>
>>544132440
Yes, that’s precisely the verse I cited. You’re emphasizing that the Son can do nothing independently of the Father, which Orthodoxy does not dispute, while overlooking Christ’s declaration that “whatever the Father does the Son also does.” The Son’s inseparability from the Father does not establish inferiority of divine nature.

Read the verses that follow. Christ declares that He gives life to whom He wishes (5:21), that all judgment has been entrusted to Him (5:22), and that all must honor the Son just as they honor the Father (5:23). You’re interpreting the Son’s dependence upon the Father as evidence that He is a creature. But where does Christ actually make that distinction? Can you identify a passage in which Jesus Himself declares that He was created or came into existence? Because you’ve repeatedly demonstrated that the Son is from the Father, but that isn’t what we’re disputing. We’re disputing whether the Son is a creature or eternally begotten of the Father. In the four Gospels, Jesus never explicitly identifies Himself as a created being, nor does He declare that He possesses an inferior divine nature to the Father. John 1:3 declares that all things came into being through the Word, and John 1:14 declares that the Word became flesh. Christ is eternally begotten, not created. He became incarnate, assuming our created human nature.
>>
>>544132688
the designation “lord” denotes one who has ownership or authority and power over persons or things. (Ge 24:9; 42:30; 45:8, 9; 1Ki 16:24; Lu 19:33; Ac 25:26; Eph 6:5)

This title was applied by Sarah to her husband (Ge 18:12), by children to their fathers (Ge 31:35; Mt 21:28, 29), and by a younger brother to his older brother (Ge 32:5, 6). It appears as a title of respect addressed to prominent persons, public officials, prophets, and kings. (Ge 23:6; 42:10; Nu 11:28; 2Sa 1:10; 2Ki 8:10-12; Mt 27:63)

When used in addressing strangers, “lord,” or “sir,” served as a title of courtesy.—Joh 12:21; 20:15; Ac 16:30.

>John 1:3 declares that all things came into being through the Word

Jesus worked alongside God “as a master worker.” (Proverbs 8:30) Regarding Jesus, the Bible says: “By means of him all other things were created in the heavens and on the earth.”—Colossians 1:16.

God worked through Jesus to bring every other creation into existence. This creation included all other spirit creatures, as well as the physical universe. (Revelation 5:11) In some respects, this cooperation between God and Jesus was like that of an architect working with a builder. The architect creates the design; the builder brings the design to reality.

>Christ declares that He gives life to whom He wishes (5:21)that all judgment has been entrusted to Him (5:22),

So Jesus received this authority from God, correct?

Consider the following regarding prominent religious leaders and the war in Ukraine:

“The head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill, has not said a word against Russian aggression. . . . His Church’s systematic propaganda campaign about Ukraine has been utilised in Putin’s justification for war.”—EUobserver, March 7, 2022.

“Patriarch Kirill . . . has sent his strongest signal yet justifying his country’s invasion of Ukraine—describing the conflict as part of a struggle against sin.”—AP News, March 8, 2022.

“Ukrainian Orthodox Church leader, Metropolitan Epiphanius I of Kyiv, on Monday blessed his people to ‘fight against the Russian invaders’ . . . [He] also stated that killing Russian soldiers isn’t a sin.”—Jerusalem Post, March 16, 2022.

>>
>>544132755
You’re trying to move from the Son's dependence upon the Father to the Son's supposed inferiority in divine nature. Those are not the same proposition. So, dependent in what sense?

If you mean that the Son is eternally begotten of the Father and does not act independently of Him, absolutely. If you mean that the Son is therefore a created being, inferior in divine nature to the Father, no. That conclusion does not follow.

John 5:19 establishes the inseparability of the Father’s and Son’s works, not the Son’s inferiority. You’re still overlooking the second half of the verse, where Christ declares that whatever the Father does, the Son likewise does.

The Son’s being from the Father does not make Him a creature. That’s precisely the distinction we’ve been trying to get you to address.

One what? One God? It’s not what it says.

When Jesus said, "I and the Father are one," he did not mean that they were actually "one substance", or "one God", or co-equal and co-eternal, but rather that he and the Father have a "unity of purpose",

The context indicates that Jesus was saying that they were "one" in pastoral work. The point being that the Father and the Son were united in the divine work of saving the 'sheep'.

Even though you’re shifting the burden of proof yet again, at least you’re asking a legitimate theological question. Orthodoxy confesses distinct Persons sharing the one divine nature. There are three particularly relevant verses. John 1:1–3, 14, John 20:28–29, Hebrews 1:8–12.
>John 1:1–3, 14
John declares that the Word was with God, that the Word was God, that all things came into being through Him, and that the Word became flesh. The Word is distinguished from the Father without being excluded from divinity.
>John 20:28-29
Thomas addresses the resurrected Jesus as "My Lord and my God!" Jesus responds by affirming Thomas's belief, not correcting him.
>Hebrews 1:8-12
The Father addresses the Son as God in verse 8. The passage subsequently applies language about the Lord creating the heavens and earth to the Son, drawing from Psalm 102.

You’ve repeatedly cited passages establishing the distinction between Father and Son. I agree that they are distinct. But you have yet to establish from Scripture that the Son was created or possesses an inferior divine nature. What’s up with that?

>call Jesus "The everlating Father."

Yes because Adam was the first father of the human race. However, he lost the opportunity to be an “eternal father” when he sinned. He could no longer give his children everlasting life as an inheritance. Jesus, on the other hand, did not sin. And by sacrificing his sinless life for mankind, he opened the way to everlasting life for those who exercised faith. (John 3:16; 1 John 2:2) He thus will give them the everlasting life that Adam failed to give them. Hence, the Bible calls him “the last Adam,” “a life-giving spirit.” (1 Corinthians 15:45) He is properly called the “Eternal Father” of the future perfect human race.

And if you try to argue with me then you will be calling the Son as Father, committing the heresy of modalism

And yet, see John 17:21, wherein Jesus prayed regarding his disciples: "That they may all be one, as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they may be in us," adding "that they may be one even as we are one".

The same Greek word (hen) for "one" throughout John 17 indicates that Jesus did not expect for his followers to literally become a single Being, or "one in substance", with each other, or with God, and therefore that Jesus also did not expect his hearers to think that he and God the Father were one entity either

It’s speaking of two different deities here. We believe in God’s and Christ’s distinct individual divinities. That is why accurate translations render it as "the Word was divine" or "the Word was a god".

Even your own fellow orthodox agree.

An Eastern/Greek Orthodox Bible commentary notes:

This second theos could also be translated 'divine' as the construction indicates "a qualitative sense for theos". The Word is not God in the sense that he is the same person as the theos mentioned in 1:1a; he is not God the Father (God absolutely as in common NT usage) or the Trinity.

>This second theos could also be translated 'divine' as the construction indicates "a qualitative sense for theos". The Word is not God in the sense that he is the same person as the theos mentioned in 1:1a; he is not God the Father (God absolutely as in common NT usage) or the Trinity.

You don't understand the Trinity at all do you? Are you even trying to understand?

The word 'god' can describe several characters in the Bible, with various senses and in various degrees.

'God' (El/Theos) basically means "powerful one".

It can be used of angels (Psalm 8:5), prophets (Exodus 7:1), human judges (Psalm 82:6), kings (Psalm 45:6) and even Satan (2 Corinthians 4:4)

Moses was called god because God gave him the power to accomplish miracles in front of pharaoh.

Judges were called gods because they had authority over Israel.

Jesus is called god because he is a mighty being, who was granted rulership in heaven and on earth.

When it says there is only one God it is the sense of being the eternal, omniscient and omnipotent Creator. And I agree that only one person fits this description: Jehovah.

Jesus, as King of King and Lord of Lords, can also be said to be our God because the "head of every man is Christ". But the same verse also says "the head of Christ is God" (1 Corinthians 11:3)

>God saves
Not Jesus.
Jesus isnt your savior, you cant call him your Saviour.
He is mine.

Is the second theos qualitative yes or no?
>>
>>544134318
Right but can you give us a number?
How many God's do JWs believe in?
>>
>>544134336
You just quoted the orthodox position that the Trinity is three people in one God like it's not what I believe. I dont think youre even following the thread anymore.

>Not Jesus

He does too, but God is the source of salvation.

Jesus accepted God’s plan to leave heaven and come down to earth and die for us.

Thus the primary savior is God, the second is Jesus

Right Jesus isnt your savior, He is mine.
>>
>>544134340
In the sense of nature or the sense of authority?
>>
>>544134393
If you refuse to say how many Gods JWs believe in thats ok too. But I wanted to know. Should be easy.
Christians believe in one God.

Is the second theos qualitative yes or no?

He is

but God is the source of salvation

“Answering” questions with questions is some of the laziest faggot shit you could possibly pull, but since I’m not an asshole like you I can actually answer the questions.
>”Does the Son have power and authority inherently? Or does he receive them?”
The Son possesses divine power by nature, eternally from the Father, while also receiving authority in His incarnate mission. These are not contradictory propositions. The Son is eternally begotten of the Father, not created by Him. His divine power is not something externally bestowed upon a creature. It belongs to Him because He possesses the same divine nature as the Father. *You* are treating receiving something from the Father as necessarily meaning being inferior in divine nature. *You* have failed to establish this in scripture.
>Where do they say the Son is the same God as the Father? How many times must I ask before you answer?
I know you’re a lazy unserious piece of shit because I answered this here >>544133803 but let’s go further.
>”who is the radiance of his glory and the representation of his essence, sustaining all things by the word of his power. When he had made purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high." Hebrews 1:3
>"All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you." John 16:15
Neither verse independently spells out the Nicene Creed. But together with John 1, John 5, and Hebrews 1, they provide substantive grounds for understanding the Son as sharing the divine nature, not merely exercising authority delegated to a creature.

In ethe sense of nature, there are as many as there are angels. Because angels are called elohim

>It’s speaking of two different deities here.
BLASPHEMY!
It would be more honest for jw if they stated openly that they are not Christian but Jehovists. But you lot act like jews, pretending to be what you are not to sow discord.
You did not read John 8:44 enough, or Rev. 3:9 for that matter
