Also, for all the talk about how Joe is superpopular what always struck me was how it took the left several years to find clips of him saying nigger on the show. He'd done it multiple times. Literally millions of people listened to the show and just didn't give a shit any of those times. Not even a word from the few black people who were undoubtedly listening.

JRE was pretty comfy, I used to watch regularly in the Episode 500-1500 era, now I only watch the show occasionally when some guest sounds very interesting. Once he was on Spotify, I just didn't bother watching cor several years until it came back to YouTube. That's how you know the show jumped the shark and you only watched it because you were used to it.
