Most all good paying jobs are sinecures at this point. Third worlders realized this much earlier than we did especially boomers. Jobs become spoils to be handed out in return for compensation. The test is this; if your field has even 1 black woman working in it in the entire world, you don't have a job, you have a sinecure.
