But, as I said, many people can't correctly read nutrition labels and serving sizes and grossly miscalculate their caloric intake. There many be a time for a giant sandwich like that, e.g. you're working 14 hours fishing or logging in sub freezing temps, you're doing a 100 mile bike ride, etc. but not when you're sitting in a cubicle.
