Also the main reason refineries are hit anyway is smoke. It creates a lot of smoke if you hit something as there’s fuel everywhere obviously.
Mentally ill Ukrainnies like OP see a lot of smoke and deduce “wow this refinery is destroyed Slava Urini!1111” even though some of these are like 10 square kilometers of steel. Russians fix damage in a matter of hours or days. Rinse and repeat.

Objectively it’s a very good effort. Whichever Jew constructed this campaign struck gold. You see, he or they correctly deduced that modern Western population is so brainrotten and idiotic on average you can get away with such tactics and still retain SOME level of support.
