>Jaguar reveals a $130,000 all-electric vehicle. Why?

>Nearly two years after Jaguar unveiled its controversial new logo, the prestigious automaker is doubling down on its
futuristic rebrand with a new model that mirrors the divisive look. But a high-end EV is a tough sell.

Jaguar is brown. It's literally owned by India. If I was brown I'd like ipads instead of a proper dashboard too.

Back when it was a White company, the exterior and interior were much comfier.

If the free market doesn't want it, then it wasn't worth anything to begin with, you call it the tragedy of the commons, I call it useless eaters getting their due.

Nobody wants a Jaguar after their tranny cars.
They've destroyed their brand by trying to re-invent themselves.

I'm buying a geely ex5 for $28k USD. Yanks think this is too woke and you should only buy a tesla for $50k.

I'll keep my manual fiesta st to zip around in and let my wife drive the electric car. The running costs are just stupidly cheap and exempt from several retarded government taxes.

Yeah, but it's a tasteful brown.

That's a Jaguar?
Holly fucking shit, that's fucking rough!

Mercedes and BMW are just as bad. Giant fucking screens everywhere instead of expensive rare wood trims on the dash. They say it’s to appeal to younger consumer tastes but it’s mostly just that it’s very cheap to glue a huge tablet to the dash.

>>544163331
It looks absolutely shite. I hope JLR go bankrupt for being pathetic sell-outs.
European cars are doing very badly at the moment. Modern German cars look just as bad.
Chinese cars are the future. Buy a BYD.

Exterior looks good, but wouldn't think jaguar, then again, most cars look the same now, but that's probably the only good thing about it.

Since when? High-end EVs were literally what built tesla as a company
>>
>>544163331
Liberals equate EVs to robotaxis which they see as a threat to the nig infested public transit system.

The outside of the car looks futuristic and high-end but this shit right here is unforgivable.
>>
>>544167275
Jaguar already tried restarting the company with classic themed cars (2000s S-Type) and it tanked as a model. When Jag was at its peak in the 60s, its cars were modern af compared to their rivals, and that is how anyone stays ahead, by being cutting edge, not by harking back to older eras and being stuck in the past. Its like keeping Spitfire aircraft design ideas into the jet era, it wouldn't cross over. EVs sell based on how cool and futuristic they look, and its why Germany is suffering as they have a conservative design philosophy of constant improvements, when everyone else in EVs is being radical and futuristic.
>>
>>544163331
Nah this is just shitting on a has-been auto brand that was old off to China. Jaguar was never good and the Chinese were stupid in buying it. Kind of like Aston Martin, another shit brand sold to materialistic jeets.
>>
>>544164875
I saw one of these on the road a few years ago.
>>
>>544168690
Its owned by tata, which is india
>>
>>544167026
Every fucking car has an iPad dashboard now. Even work trucks. Cheap automaking bastards.
