i honestly dont give a shit about rich people investing in infrastructure or into companies but i have a very large problem with people with too many resources buying up the limited apartments and houses because they would love to just seek rent with a finger up their asshole. when i get no choice at all, when i have to pay, they call that a "low risk" investment (by dumping all the risk on me, the individual and the state for enforcement (i pay for the enforcement, too))
