Don't mistake their wanting to preserve their culture and ethnicity as "chauvinist/supremacist". I understand how you might built a warped image of them due to the Ukraine-Russia shit show and their impotent barking. But the Baltics are probably the nicest countries in Europe. Small countries by area and population are usually the best ones. They're not plagued by governments so large and complex that oversight is practically impossible. They're insignificant enough that they fly under the radar, or used to. Being talked about in the news circles is either bad, or worse.
