Which means you can take the total number of men in the Army before February 2022, add the total number of men drafted since 2022, then subtract the current size of the Ukrainian Army.In Russia's case, you have to either trust Meduza's numbers, or Zelensky's numbers, or you have to extrapolate from Russian government statistics on survivor benefits or excess deaths, or you have to count the number of drone videos, or new graves at military cemeteries, or make assumptions based on hearsay from people like Prigozhin.
