I knew drones would be a new factor but not as big of one as they have become. Modern wars tend to drag on. My original guess was five years, with Russia getting the culturally Russian oblasts but not Odessa, so Ukraine would not become landlocked. Not sure in either direction but doubt western support for the war lasts longer than Russian support.
