Yeah, they fucked up a lot with medical decisions like circumcision and putting me on adderall, but they honestly didn't know better. My Mom actually apologized for having me circumcised at birth and said she always feared it was a huge mistake because of how I screamed when they did it. When they put me on ADHD meds as a kid my parents actually listened to me and took me off them when I said they were fucking me up. Both my parents sincerely also believed college was basically required to get a good job and had no idea how much of a scam it was until I broke it down for them.The point is, at least with my parents, they made a lot of shit decisions, but they still thought they were doing the right thing at the time and simply didn't have the information they should have had. My parents still love me and just wanted what they thought was best for me, and I can't resent that even if I resent the cock-sucking politicians and elites who put them in the position of being unable to make informed decisions.
