It's not even measuring that.
Everyone on that 2026 list has "unrealised capital" in their own companies measured at the price the last share was traded for. Elon Musk can't dump his 50% share of SpaceX at that price because there aren't enough buyers willing to pay it, and if he tried it would collapse.
So it's not even counting dollars, it's measuring speculation on the price action of a small volume. It's completely ethereal.
