Yep. Didn't work a day in his life for KGB.
Worked for the CIA though.
Likely was describing CIA or Mi6 (London) subversion and propaganda methods.

If he'd say it was the CIA or mi6 , he'd be killed tomorrow, or would be never hired by the CIA to be a propagandist.

100 percent correct. His famous "four stages of ideological subversion" is actually a perfect description of how glowies infiltrate and regime change non-kiked countries. It describes the way they go about colour revolutions pretty much perfectly. All of these tactics were utilised to regime change various nations. Take Ukraine for example.

>1. Demoralisation: undermine a society's trust in its own culture and values to make them more susceptible to propaganda (NATO propaganda in this case)
>2. Deatabilisation: purposefully stirring shit among the population (Russian speaking Ukrainians versus globalist shills)
>3. Crisis: exploiting these tensions to create a massive poltical emergency (the heavily astroturfed Euromaiden "protests")
>4. Normalisation: the replacement of the older order and establishment of the new (the ousting of democratically elected Yanokovych to be replace with a series of hand picked US puppets)

Very obvious example of them accusing their enemies of the things they themselves are guilty of, as they always do.

I believed in genders, lgbtq killed it.
I believed in USA, Bush and Trump killed it.
I believed in my adults, their greed killed it.

I believed in religion, the church shielding pastors and cardinals killed it.
I believed in a unified Europe, incompetent leaders killed it.

>brainwashing students, they then take over jobs from the previous gen, woke has no ensued and ingrained itself into everything that comes exactly what he mentions when he says you tell these people white is white and they go no its purple he is talking about leftists with demoralisation through education
Do you mean that students who were part of the counterculture later took over their daddies' jobs? Yes, but they're unrelated to Russia. Them being related to Russia was the major worry of the US intelligence services because the counterculture movement opposed the Vietnam War, and through Operation CHAOS (CIA) and COINTELPRO & Foreign Intelligence Investigations (FBI), Project MINARET (NSA), CONUS (US Army intel), none found proof of foreign interference with the counterculture movement.

/Pol/ never understood this meme. He was talking about how the average person would become ignorant to what things like western liberalism were due to people confusing negative and positive right, natural and human rights. Institutions destroyed western liberalism by changing the definition of liberalism.

>>544317574
AH yes the anti white traitor who married a flip.
>>
>>544326913
Except that people like Burke and de Maistre predicted that this was going to happen centuries before just by examining the premises of liberalism alone.
>>
>>544327234
Burke was talking about a cery specific brand of liberalism. He was talking about the populist idealism of the french revolution, which I would consider more so sckepticism of what we consider anarchy opposed to traditional liberalism. Same with Maistre.
>>
>>544327541
They were talking about what was going on at the moment in Europe, but, by shared principles, it can be applied to any liberal system in the long term. Any checks and balances would be gradually eroded by the underlying principles.
>>
>>544327854
>shared principles
This is the problem. American liberalism isn't populist or idealistic. Our most liberal statesman at the time were elitist federalist christian nationalists. Yes, they both recognized natural rights, but besides that, they coulden't be more different.
>>
>>544327854
For example, The goal of our liberalism at the time was to simply stop the government from violating peoples rights. The french liberals wanted to, baseically, create a perfect utopian state. One of those things turned out to be way more realistic than the other.
>>
>>544328045
The core problem isn't the specific, separate ideas of the Founding Fathers, but the compromises they made in drafting a constitution based on consensus.
By prioritizing political consensus over natural law, political compromise became the practical ruling principle of the state. This made every subsequent right subject to negotiation, de facto denying objective morality.
Once moral principles were rendered negotiable, the traditional brakes the Founders relied upon, specifically personal religion, inevitably eroded, because religion is ultimately a communal act that cannot survive when objective moral consensus isn't politically protected.
>>
I prefer this kind of yuri.
>>
>>544327854
the core of the problem is not understanding neolithic anthropology I think, many continentals did not understand there was a gap between adam and eve and modern civilization that they didn't fully understand. private property wasn't a conspiracy, it was how people adapted agriculture. They actually thought there was no human organization, almost like humans were decentralized egoists only occasionally grouping to hunt. The human was perfect and then corrupted by society, rather than being an amalgamation of socio-tribal behaviors developed specifically for the purpose of survival.
>>
>>544328688
>de facto denying objective morality.
Exactly. That's what makes the two different. Objective morality is why Burke and Mistre knew your liberalism would fail and ours ended up creating a functional state.

Even hardcore catholics disagree with each other over morality from time to time. It's not a thing people can ever agree on. Hence why french liberalism is idealistic and ours is realistic and functional.
>>
>>544328969
catholics align pretty well with natural philosophy though, I think the problem is when certain ex catholics were presented with this radical idea they had a tendency to try and dumpster the whole catholic system like reactionaries
>>
>>544328969
The US Constitution has never outlined an objective morality. That's my main point.
It's easy to see the problem in the law. When activist lawyers and judges subvert the spirit of the law systematically, nothing remains of the law in essence.
>>
>>544329327
Sure. My point is that there are always going to be moral disagreememts between people. Accounting for that is wise, and trying to change it is futile.
>>
>>544329412
>The US Constitution has never outlined an objective morality. That's my main point.

You understand that's why our liberalism works and the french form didn't though, right? Like, I dont know what point you're trying to make? You think its a bad thing?
>>
>>544328969
>>544329327
The issue is that you can disagree with the interpretation of the law, like the Hebrews in the time of Jesus did with the interpretation of the Torah, or you can disagree with the Torah entirely, which is the issue that every liberal system has.
>>
>>544329589
Okay. So you think the problem with our form of liberalism is one the french liberalism didn't have, since they had an objective morality.

So then why did ours create a functional state while theirs failed? You don't think a state should account for disagreements between people?
>>
>>544329561
YYes, I do think that having absolutely no established reference point is bad.
It's not even a thing exclusive to Catholicism; not only did the Protestant countries have their own national churches, but they also banned those incompatible with their principles.
Even the Greek polis had an official cult and being against it made you an atheos.
>>
>>544329834
I think such a thing is totally unnecessary, and the United States is proof of that.
>>
>>544329819
A state governs a people or multiple peoples, not separated individuals which is the opposite of a society.
>>544329914
It's proof of what has become that has so little to do with anything it's creators desired.
>>
>>544329589
you mean the parts of the torah maintained in the new testament? because modern secular "liberalism" I'd argue is a near complete return to the madness of the ex-catholic continental radicals, I'd even argue there is deliberate disinformation surrounding their practices rather than sheer ignorance
>>
>>544330178
I'm not really understanding what you're trying to say. The great thing about the republic is that different nations can co exist in it comftrably. We did this out of necessity because we had dutch, french, english, catholics, prots all kinds of people in the US. It would not function in the idealistic way you want it to.
>>
>>544330253
Modern liberalism believes in objective morality, which he argues is a good thing and a problem with traditional liberalism.
>>
>>544330390
maybe you don't know what liberalism is
>>
>>544330253
That's the key: Jesus fulfills the Torah; he doesn't invalidate it completely but completes its meaning.
Liberalism just allows antisocial individuals to burn it all, catastrophically (France) or piece by piece (US).
Once those ideas surge in France, the US has no effective stop mechanism.
>>
>>544321935
Or comversely after the end wonderfully deserved end of Beria and the rest of the old juedo Bolshevists, they fled here and simply copy pasted the same tactics.
It's not like Saul Alinsky was the son of them or anything....
>>
>>544330414
I actually know a shit ton about traditional liberalism and neo liberalism. Do you know the differences between the two?
>>
>>544324796
>Bush and Trump killed it.
But not Biden and Obama? Are you retarded?
>>
>>544330439
France is an entirely different beast compared to muddy england, it was probably a mistake to so enthusiastically promote liberalism there. The ultimate point of liberalism is that it is approximate and limited by locality. Every state would realistically have to come up with their own liberalism instead of copy pasting english nonsense. The reason it's so transmissible is because european people roughly followed the same stages of development, but I don't think it's as strong unless you completely map out your entire local history and prehistory. I think the liberals in england simply got lucky with their approximations of their own past
>>
>>544330343
Yet compare how the Romans did it with how the US does it.
The Romans allowed each city to follow their own customs unless they were aberrant and granted them great degrees of self-governance, but in exchange they had to follow a non negotiable set of fixed rules.
The problem with the US is that it creates an ever-changing set of central rules that do not respond to any people but to an illusory consensus (and consensus doesn’t imply agreement).
>>
>>544330686
>The Romans allowed each city to follow their own customs unless they were aberrant and granted them great degrees of self-governance

>That's how ours works too.

>You're implying it's a bad thing that laws can change? I think thats rediculous.
The problem isn't that the rules can change or not is that they can become the complete opposite, for example, from Jim Crow to positive discrimination
>Not sure what you're saying here, but people decide our laws by electing reps, so we get what we vote for
That reps do not represent popular will. Do you really think that any normal person is thinking "we do totally need another IP law to protect the fucking doodle rat company?"
For example. These respond completely to the internal consensus of an elite.
In this the US is like the worst of Republican Rome that was ruled by Patricians who were bringing infinite slaves while ruining free farmers (Many of them vets, this would later end in the Populares movement and the transition to the Empire.)

Any task that seems insurmountable can be achieve by slicing and subdividing it into smaller component parts.

For example, Wall St or Hollywood or now even DC only have become inveterate russian cocksuckers because Americans let it get way out of hand. That's why in nearly all recent blockbusters russian characters are now always good guys or "misunderstood" outsiders or etc, why Silicon Valley and Wall St/NYC is overflowing with russian "geniuses" planted by the Kremlin, and why the Trump admin is literally 50% russian.

Before this metastasized the US were rightfully calling out European countries like Germany, Hungary, Austria etc. over succumbing to russian influence, now you've gotten a taste of how rapidly things can deteriorate if and when you allow that to happen and you should act on it.

russians are a disease, a plague upon mankind and not to be underestimated (something Hollywood has also contributed to majorly btw) and despite being filthy degenerates that ruin everything and everywhere they manifest, they are highly adept at conquest, infiltration and subversion and dedicate basically virtually all of their energies towards that because to be russian is to pillage, rape, murder and steal from others and that's why you can never give any russian even one inch, next thing you know they've raped and killed your loved ones, something the US clearly has yet to learn or forgotten

ngl it's pretty worrisome that some Americans seem to have (been) taken (by) the view that they're now engaged in some Cold War Sequel "dance" and playing 5D chess keeping "enemies closer" and more such nonsense while actually the view from Europe is pretty clear and disconcerting, russians have infiltrated every layer, aspect, and facet of the US and you either act now or become a russian oblast forever, take it from friends who have bordered Mordor for centuries

Id like to continue, but sadly, I have things to do. I'll leave you with this though; you can try to force your morality on others, but it will only ever work out the same way it always has. Countless before you believed they could impose their morality on others to create a paradise, but all have failed. The united states, despite our many flaws and uncertain future, did create a functional state. One that many have enjoyed and been proud of. It may not be perfect, but it's more than an idealistic fantasy.
>>
>>544332433
Except that the US is trying to impose it's system globally like every previous society.
The issue with this being that the US believes in something that has degenerated into antisocial individualism at the service of an extractive elite that feels contempt for the general population.
Well, anyways consider this my last post. I'm training now.
