How does New York keep being #1 in the U.S.?
>>
>>544326508
Ah good to see northern supremacy still reigns.

>verify anons 2025 GDP per capita
>NY ($123k), DE ($115k), MA ($113k) on top
>meanwhile the South is fighting Mississippi for last place
>mfw Northern supremacy is just economic reality
>NY has Wall Street. MA has MIT/Harvard/biotech. DE is a corporate tax haven. They produce wealth.
>The South? Still leeching federal tax dollars from blue states.
>Y'all scream "states' rights" but can't feed your own population without Yankee money.
>Imagine losing a war and then begging for federal aid 160 years later.
>Sherman did nothing wrong. The march to the sea should've been annual economic policy.
>The South will rise again... in obesity and poverty rates.
>Blue states carry the nation while red states drag it down.
>Stay mad, yeehaw belt.
>t. Based Yankee

New york is somewhat real.
Delaware is not even a real state just a giant forwarding address for corporations. No human actually lives there.
>>
>>544326508
Wonder how that number changes if you remove Jew York City.
>>
Delaware isn't real.

Financial shenanigans, producing nothing of real worth. Basically the scam-central of the world.
>New york is somewhat real.
Producing what?
>>
>>544326508
the stock exchange, basically
>>
>place with impossibly high cost of living has high GDP
>real quality of life and net income are actually dismal
just proof it's a meaningless metric

how it is to live in new york? from what I heard, its the most expensive city in america, but is it a good city to live in? Im sure there must be a new yorker around here to tell us
>>

>gdp per capita
lmao neoliberal gay pedophiles always tout this number like it means something

gdp is artificially calculated using consumption as a metric (which is exponentially inflated due to debt)

this is why america looks and functions like a poorfag nation, but has high gdp per capita, because it has the highest relative debt to equity spending per household in the world, and new york with the world's most expensive real estate after london uk has mutts takeout the most expensive mortgages which are then counted in both the investment figure and consumption figure (debt spending on financing housing ie. credit cards paying for mortgage)

Ever wonder why many countries in europe have substantially lower gdp per capita compared to usa and other financial capital areas like switzerland, uk but have way higher living standard (true measure of wealth)?

it's because this midwit metric is retarded and it's so fucking dumb that mids who tout it as a success of jewish neoliberalism don't even bother looking at what the equation for GDP is and why its faulty

new hampshire is likely the best place to live in the usa since it is like 87% white and has high development relative to other high white % areas which are more rural

nyc on the other hand is 30% white and fucking sucks, rats and nigger and jews everywhere and the culture is weird faggot freaks and sexual degenerates everywhere
it's dirty the infrastructure sucks and the only nice places are where the ultra rich live which is isolated bubbles

also 123k a year in nyc is shit you couldn't even afford a basic 1 bedroom with that

Your own image shows New York with the highest GDP per capita though, unless you're just trying to say highest GDP overall, which that's cool, I guess India is better than Switzerland.
>>
>>544329979
the fact that the usa and switzerland have a gdp per capita which differs by like 15k usd should tell you the metric is dogshit

switzerland is heaven compared to the usa
the usa is a poor shithole with a few kike parasites and their pets profiting off the misery
it is a poor society fueled by debt

switzerland is the banking capital of europe so its numbers are inflated by the same metric, but it's also more productive because it is pretty much all white

https://www.usnews.com/news/best-states/rankings/opportunity/affordability/cost-living
https://www.rentcafe.com/average-rent-market-trends/us/
the metric is skewed by cities, but the reality is NYC is the second most expensive place to live besides London
MA is more expensive nominally but doesn't have an NYC to compensate
CA rapes you from both ends by taxation and rent and denying permits to build new housing
It's plainly obvious that the intent is to fleece everyone dumb enough to live in any of these places, and eventually it will carry over to all 50 states
>>
>>544330436
depends if youre living in NYC where all the jobs are or some bumfuck town in the north

Most new yorkers live under the poverty line

The wages are higher but it doesn't balance out the cost of living

And the rich Jews that own the buildings and control the world probably skew the average

That being said I still think it's the greatest city in the country

>red states drag it down.
whatever you do, don't look into who's """"elevating""""" those blue states or who's dragging those red states down.

Any time I hear anyone talk about the GDP I'm reminded of the porn series. And also this Obama-era political cartoon.
