Evil will always exist. Look at it like this, Heros can't exist without a conflict, but a villian can exist without a hero. That's why there's so many villian films and not many films about the hero just existing because without any conflict Batman is just a useless rich guy, superman is just some hick farm kid etc. Jesus whole story is based on conflict otherwise it wouldn't matter he was just a dude who said cool stuff, if God had zero conflict or evil existing the world would be an over populated hellscape. Nobody would advance because there would be no need to its unrealistic. A utopia could never exist in the same form as a dystopia
>>

I like how, even though you trannies get your scripts and marching orders on what arguments to use in what places, you still go rogue sometimes and try and post facebook shit here. Like any actual /pol/ack will care that God said "no racemixing and no faggotry or I'll curse you."

God was and still is based, and everyone who suffers deserves it for the evils they tolerate. Like (you). (You) are gay because your father was a weak and pathetic cuckold. You are a punishment on your father, and both of you deserve to die for your sins. And you will. No amount of Epicurean narcissism can change that.

Stick to the kike on a stick memes, it's the closest you've ever come to scoring a point here. And even then, you just make exponentially more people aware of CI and jewish historical revisionism every time you post it.

The only way you can really win is to just kill yourself. But you're getting there, aren't you? Day by day.
>>
>>544336813
God creates you, inhabits all time and space, and knows everything that's going to happen. That's what it means to be a creator who is both omniscient and omnipotent. Therefore he creates you, and you are the sum of your biology and experiences, ultimately resulting in him knowing what you are going to do in all moments before you are even born. Therefore your "free will" isn't real, he chose for you who you were going to be knowing then what you were going to do, and were always going to do. Every choice you have isn't a real choice, if you think back to any decision you made at any time in your life; being who you were in that moment with that understanding of the world, you made the choice you were always going to make.
>>
>>544337104
That's not all knowing. All knowing would be knowing the choices the robot WILL make, not just the ones it CAN make.

and what does any of that have to do with free will?
you're still counting out the lack of controlling man's choices even though you know his choices.
>>
>>544337263
You are confusing God's knowledge of your choices with the cause of your choices. The fact that God knows what you will choose does not necessarily mean he makes the choice for you.

Imagine God knows you will choose option A tomorrow. His knowledge cannot be mistaken, but that doesn't automatically mean you choose A because God knows it. Rather, God knows A because A is what you will choose.

You are still the one who thinks, deliberates, weighs your options, and acts according to your own reasons. God's knowing the outcome doesn't mean he is forcing you to act. So stick to kike on a stick memes retardwit

Bear with me. So you agree that god creates you, and that the physical form of who you are is determined by genetics which determines brain structure. Okay, so that is the biological baseline for who you could be, but who you are is your biological baseline plus your learned experiences. You are what you are physically, and you are who you are because of your experiences in combination with what you are physically. Do we agree on this? If you had different experiences, like you were on a plane and crashed in the jungle as a kid; you would have different experiences and if you and your hypothetical jungle counterpart were then at the same age faced with the same decision, you would make a different decision, yes?

Experience determines information, which along with your native biology, determines decision making ability. Do you agree with this statement?

Yes to the premise: biology sets the brain's baseline and experience provides the data.
Where we disagree is treating the mind like a passive calculator running an equation.
Having data on a screen dictates what options you see, but it doesn't force which button you push. Experience informs the choice—it doesn't compel it. An active conscious mind still has executive agency to weigh those options and pick between them

if that were the case then sin could not possibly exist because all things would be intransgressional.

>An active conscious mind still has executive agency to weigh those options and pick between them
In a general sense, yes. In a specific sense; no it doesn't, In that moment, based on your biological baseline, and with the information you have available to you, in combination with your personality and decision making capacity, in that moment; you were always going to make the choice that you were going to make. There are decisions in the future which, with the brain structure you have and the information you will have at that moment, means the decision you are faced with will always be made in the way it is going to be made.
>>
>>544339668
Sure you could say that, I dont believe in abrahamic garbage and never will
>>

of course, you have the free will to enjoy those things if you soo see fit.

You're just asserting determinism as a fact rather than proving it. Saying "you were always going to make that choice" assumes the outcome was fixed before it happened, which is the exact claim you need to prove.Having a specific personality, brain structure, and set of facts gives you the reasons why you choose, but it doesn't mean those reasons physically forced only one possible future. Unless you can prove the mind has zero capacity to deliberate between competing impulses in real-time, claiming it's "always going to happen that way" is an assumption, not a proof.
>>
>>544339520
Come on anon, you're just being obtuse for the sake of being obtuse. Yes, a proper flowchart would have a second 'Why didn't he?' box, but the same one was used to avoid redundancy. This isn't computer class, it's an online board. It's obvious what the message being conveyed here is.

>You're just asserting determinism as a fact rather than proving it. Saying "you were always going to make that choice" assumes the outcome was fixed before it happened, which is the exact claim you need to prove.
I have proven it, you agreed with my reasoning already. You have a structure of your brain, which dictates ability and personality, with the remainder filled in by experience. In that moment you have the brain structure you have, and the information you have access to, meaning you make the choice that you make. Even if you are capable of thinking about the options, you are going to make that choice.

You haven't proven it; you've just restated the premise.

Listing the setup (brain structure + experience + available information) doesn't inherently force the conclusion that there is only one possible output. That jump assumes the brain operates like a closed physical domino chain—which is the exact thing in question.

Agreeing that a choice happens within a specific brain state and set of facts isn't agreeing that those factors strictly force the outcome. Unless you can prove that consciousness lacks any non-deterministic veto power over those inputs, claiming "you were always going to make that choice" is an assumption, not a proof.

That you can't really have free will if you operate based on chemicals that God put in your head to trigger in response to specific stimuli. In what part of this process are you free to do 'what you want'? How do you even 'want' at all without dopamine and serotonin?
>>
True Christianity would solve the world's ills. Maybe the standard is impossible, but if everyone strived towards the standard we'd be in a great place. All other ideologies or plans for the organization of society are just varying forms of returning to monke. It seems easy to not genuinely destroy the earth and brutalize each other, yet that remains the law of human relations. Fascists, commies, and everyone in between insist that their method of subjugation and material greed is the best. For the thinking man, that all of them are effectively indistinguishable is plain as day

>doesn't inherently force the conclusion that there is only one possible output.
I didn't say there was only one possible output. You were capable of doing other things, but you didn't. You did what you did. You are going to do what you are going to do. Armed with the knowledge that you are going to do what you are going to do, you could choose a temper tantrum and do something completely wild in that moment, but the only reason you would do that is because with the biology, personality, and information available to you means that your expression of metacognition follows a predetermined course.

>Unless you can prove that consciousness lacks any non-deterministic veto power over those inputs
It does. That's not the point. Free will only exists in a state of metacognition, but decision making is fixed.

It's the opposite. Man relentlessly proves that autonomy and freedom are what he desires most. Your creator allows you to have those things and provides a detailed set of instructions on how it's best applied.

You're talking in circles.
Saying "decision-making is fixed" is saying there's only one output. You can't claim someone was capable of doing otherwise while simultaneously claiming their choice was locked in before they made it.
You're just taking the fact that a choice eventually happens, pointing at it after the fact, and calling it inevitable. That’s confusing history with a pre-scripted movie.
Unless you can actually prove the mind's evaluation process is 100% hardwired to single outcomes, calling metacognition "fixed" is just a guess you're treating as a fact

I have done that, we agreed already that a person is biology and experience determining personality and thus decision making. You agree on everything, and then once you agree with everything, you just turn around at the endpoint and say no, so I keep going over it again and again. It is a fact that you were always going to make the choice that you did. It is a fact that, equipped with the biology and knowledge you will have in the future, that when faced with the decision with who you are in that moment, you are always going to make the choice that you make. But for some reason you and that other guy just choose to be intransigent for the sake of being intransigent. It's because of shit like this that your religion is crashing out everywhere all across civilization.

You’re confusing influence with inevitability.
Agreeing that biology and experience shape who I am isn't agreeing that they force what I pick.
You keep calling it a "fact" that the outcome was locked in advance, but repeating a claim isn't proving it. So youre a retard that doesnt understand what I'm agreeing with you on and what we are in disagreement about.

>Listing the setup (brain structure + experience + available information) doesn't inherently force the conclusion that there is only one possible output.
It's a Devil's Proof. You can't show that there definitively doesn't exist another factor that impacts how you make decisions. But even granting that, God made this mystery factor too. It may not take the form of neurochemicals, but He imparted it into you with full knowledge of what you would do with it. Still feels controling to me.

>God must acquiesce my every desire and meet my standards of what is good and love in order for me to be faithful to him.
It's very similar to a disobedient child. Hey, you know the unbeliever is referred to as a child of disobedience in some translations of the Bible. This life does contain hardship and suffering. And it's in the hardship and suffering that the faithful have in times past made the most beautiful and inspiring statements about God and his blessings. A lot of people could benefit from the gospel, but you'd rather talk them out of it and into a morbid, depressing disposition in which they know they're insignificant without anything to give their life any meaning. If it were up to you, before a person can repent of their sins and try to work towards a greater good they must first intellectually prove that God exists. And you wonder why society gets worser and worser year after year.
>>
the kikes say reductive shit like "atheists just want god to go with their morals"
how do you moralize things that just exist to cause suffering? cancer has no concept of good or bad but it sure causes nothing but bad and if there is a creator who made it that way, it is definitely malevolent and non-deserving of love-based faith
>>
>>544341254

Man’s problem is that he’s using himself as a reference rather than God for his teleological orientation and this is why factions exist over the slightest differences. Idolations mechanics are expressed teleologically, satan tries to make teleology do something only ontology can, hence, he strives to be maximally comparative within a finite context, asks ontological questions and demands teleological answers.
>>
>>544341371
I didn't post that. I posted this life contains suffering and in it are some of the most beautiful and inspiring statements about God and his blessings. It takes humility. You're going to hate this quote so I'm eager to post it. You probably hate the man associated with it as well so even better. I hope you drown in the deep end. Lord forgive me.
