Alberta is having a referendum on whether or not to have a referendum to seperate.

The incident at Wainwright was an explosion caused by a live fire exercise that was held near LIVE GAS WELLS for some fucking reason during HIGH WINDS.

My heart goes out to anyone hurt and the families of anyone killed but this is a clear indication of the state of our armed forces and our federal government. It’s grim.

Leafs, arm up. This your chance to make me a mutt look small.

Fucking evil cocksuckers, kill them all

I looked this state up online and it's literally a landlocked state in between 2 large countries with just 5 million people. It's impossible for them to become independent lol. Are they even culturally different from the rest of English speaking Canada? Why do they want independence anyway?
>>
>>544550212
>>544550189
info on this is being tightly controlled and they keep referring to it as an "incident" not an "accident".
>>
>>544550335
plenty of European countries are landlocked and they're doing alright
>>
>>544550398
those countries have existed for millenia
>>
>>544550454
false most of those countries were created after WW2
>>
>>544550797
They have, but by different names. Like Czechia was for a long time known as Bohemia. What makes Alberta so different from the rest of Canada?
>>
>>544550454
belgium?
>>
>>544550925
Not much, but there are differences. I don’t know if you’ve ever been to the states but it’s potentially like the difference between Texas and Cali, say, between Alberta and BC.
>>
>>544549998
> is having a referendum on whether or not to have a referendum
You know, real people just do it and dont ask. That’s such a woman way of doing things. Probably ends in some lose-lose compromise
>>
>>544550925
it's not necessarily about that. it's about the fact that canada is going under anyways so it's best to get out of the burning ship when you can. leaving when u see the first smoke instead of waiting for the whole ship to be engulfed in flames
>>
>>544550454
Yeah and so has the land existed for millennia upon millennia before your dumbass ancestors ever touched it, doesn't mean shit faggot.
>>
>>544549998

Fake country that's rightful Dutch clay

the leaders of the independence movement have deep ties to the US. it's not about independence, it's about becoming American.
>>
>>544551681
Which is the most amusing part of the psyop
>we want to get out from under the boot of our oppressive federal government
>crawls under the boot of an even larger federal government
>>
>>544550335
>Are they even culturally different from the rest of English speaking Canada?
They are. They have oil money and are more like rednecks in America than liberals in Toronto.
>>
>>544551841
>nooo you HAVE to be a part of the indian mass replacement economic zone ran by the bank of england
>>
>>544551985
Not to be that guy but who do you think controls both?
>>
>>544549998
ELBOWS STATUS
>>
>>544551968
>>544551681
Then I can understand their strategy, if the actual plan is to become part of the US. But I can also see the US rugpulling Alberta and not giving them state rights and just using them as an oil extraction colony

we're not insane liberal progfags

Been out for a decade now, can't even imagine how bad it's got in that time when it was shit then. At least we have men being called ma'am now and coloured hair.
>>

>We need a vote to see if we should vote on if we should start the process of looking into starting something.
That will be 150 million in tax payer money please.
>>
>>544551841
what's funny about this whole ordeal is that the movement is already preemptively saying this is only the beginning (they know the ballot will lose). what they don't understand is from this point forward, any UCP candidate who doesn't outright say they're against independence, and will not hold a referendum, will be unelectable in that province.
so short of starting a new party whose sole policy objective is independence, they're going to get ZERO political support from the remaining big three big parties on this initiative moving forward.
>>
>>544554911
Ultimately I expect the end result of this will be Ottawa bending Alberta over even harder to “send a message.” The beatings will continue until morale improves.
>>
>>544555000
>000
the end result of this will be total acceleration and a flood of more shitskins.
Canada is doomed, total corruption bleed out.
>>
>>544555230
Same difference boss.
