Sometimes the parents will be near but they don't give a shit what their stupid kids are doing, is this a culture thing? You'll have Mexican parents that are extremely strict with their kids, never letting them explore the world and keeping them in a bubble. Then there is the uncaring parent that lets their kids bully, destroy and ruin everything around them with 0 consequences. There's little in between in our culture. They let this stupid little shit stain Mexican boy run around our area hollering like a little retard he is. At one point slapped our table. We had to move because he was really fucking annoying, plus I hate kids. Not my first rodeo, it always seems that these fucking Mexican parents allow their demon spawns to run around causing havoc. Maybe it's my anecdotal experience but sure enough, it's always these little fucking Mexican kids. One was so obese that I almost felt bad, quite a spectacle in America. Like no way their letting their kids get this fucking fat too. They might end up killing their own offspring because of how irresponsible they are with their children.
