In these neighborhoods we literally have no job, no money, little to no hope. We live hand to mouth scrounging up enough cash for the next hit of our drug of choice. When critical mass is reached and you can take that pent up energy out on the world that has shunned you and the anonymity of the crowd you take that chance, its the most interesting thing to happen in your life since dropping out your first semester of UniThen international observers try to frame it with some overarching narrative.
