There is literately no reason to ever hire a non-White software engineer ever again. Anyone still hiring jeets is an enemy of mankind. They have not even the slightest excuse anymore.

The company i work at is AI first, and i, as a tech lead feel like im working more than ever by fixing retarded architectures, extra unneeded elements in solutions and code that doesn't consider things like career conditions, or weird interactions between modules.The truth is that there is nothing wrong with claude, when i use it i can one shot nearly any project. The issue is the end user, most devs are terminally retarded and have the linguistic intelligence of a black toddler, and the ones that don't have that difficulty, for the most part lack the required technical knowledge to be effective. Not only LLMs and harnesses didn't close the gap between mouth breathers and competent devs, i would even say it made it even more evident.
