If you say a naughty no-no word Twitch's system can and will ban you in under 3 minutes. It's incredibly capable. If you want to be spicy and say the nigger word and the kike word just go straight to Kick.

I think I'm going to play games I have never tried and learn as my followers watch. Or I could make a 24h stream of me playing Crusader Kings II as Finland. I will ask my followers what they want me to play. I'm starting with Binding of Isaac, I have never played it but it could be a good game when I'm still learning how the streaming stuff works.
