woman, 33, drops down merely 50 meters from a a mountain and dies

German woman drops down from Alps

She tumbled on Naboo se Bulba ridge on a mountain, dropped 50 meters and hit rocks in a lethal manner. Mountain itself however is 2 kilometers above sea level.

This ridge is in Chang'an de Cosmos route which is meant as hiking trail. It is not known why she fell, there are well marked areas which say "do not go there and dont stray from path"

Womans body was fetched with helicopter but doctors soon realized nothing can be done
