No, humans are evil. No matter what system you give them, they will find a way to turn it evil. It doesn't matter wether you try to make communism or socialism or capitalism or any other ism work. The ones pushing for a system always ignore the fact that a system has to work with the down right demonic nature of the majority of people, they always assume people will engage with the system with good intentions, which is the downfall of every approach and why people keep falling for the same methods. That's why people claim real communism or real capitalism hasn't been tried yet. Because it hasn't. Both of these things would work if you do them in a society with only good people but we don't have any of that, we need systems that keep bad people in check.
