You can't soft-Zimbabwe America because American farmers are White. The reason Zimbabwe failed is because they kicked out the White farmers and let niggers do the work, who promptly stopped doing the work because it is too complicated and low time preference for them. I don'T know how paying farmers causes farmers to stop working anyway. Everything is purposefully being mismanaged anyway, this one additional mismanaged aspect will not derail America into mass starvation.
