AI is quickly becoming the biggest infrastructure project in American history. The amount of money pouring into the industry is unrivaled by any other economic sector. If you're not getting your cut and getting rich off of the AI boom, you will simply never make it. This IS the great filter - get rich now, or condemn your family line to poverty and eventual extinction.

>should we repair our roads, rails, dams and bridges?
>no invest it all in a jewish grift

What's the point in investing in public infrastructure when most of the public will be rendered unemployable by AI sooner than later? The future massive surge in the homeless population just guarantees said infrastructure will be destroyed anyway.

AI robots will be able to do all of that much faster luddite troon.

Infrastructure is useful for a variety of interests. AI data centers are not. 90% will be shut down as soon as the current bubble bursts.

To bad we are working on AI and not robots. Sure I guess you can say we are working on the brain but that doesn't change the fact that nothing is close to that level of being done. At best it can help them plan things easier. Meanwhile what it's actually going to do is delete any sort of office jib. They already made for a push on the end and the low skilled jobs and that was a disaster that back fired. Scrambling to get the workers back. Oh yeah not to mention this all cost more then the average human so it totally defeats the purpose from the stand point of viewing people like cogs.

projected (ie. we made that shit up, since it could also pop and go to zero). it's been 0.8 - 1.8% of GDP so far.

Jeet nigger word detected
Only pajeets use that disgusting word.
That's all they can do with their parasites ridden bird brains, repeating trendy words.

Literally the most important invention of the White race ever.

Now compare to productivity/growth gains from AI.. this potentially shows that AI is extremely costly and inefficient to scale. If AI infra costs are 4x the entire US highway system then really think hard on how beneficial AI needs to be to justify itself.

Railways and roads materially improved the economy and trade, while AI... That's all TBD.
>>
>>544663651
Better to spend it in AI than to spend it in infrastructure that only niggers and spics will enjoy in some decade

People also forget that there were both canal and railway booms (and busts), same with dot com bubble. The music will stop eventually.

will ai reduce the need for an endless stream of economic migrants?

no, but it might create a next Google / Microsoft etc which will bring in a lot of money to California. Investors and 401k will socialize the losses from the mad rush.

who is taking in the profit? I feel like its all Asia. Korea earns a shitload from the high memory prices, Taiwan from having their books filled and China for providing all the base electronics. Very little money seems to retain in the US except for at the big 5. I

if you spend money someone is making money you can't just burn it all like you do in a war even there someone gets the wealth.

That's the $40 trillion dollar question right there.

Looking at the indy game space and the modding scene AI has completely transformed it in a way that's impossible to overstate. Games and mod projects that used to take years are being done in days, sometimes over the weekend. This doesn't really help the economy though, because now games are worth nothing since they cost nothing to produce. Marx labor of theory of value keeps winning. He can't keep getting away with this.

Say I convince multiple banks to give me loans totaling $500,000 with payoff dates in 5 years. I use all of this money to buy some kind of super sports car that costs $65,000 a year in maintenance and insurance. I then do whatever I can to make money with this car (uber, door dash, influencer photo sets, rent it out, etc) for the year and I only made $57,000. If I claimed I'm the next great business man, that I'm worth $2,000,000 and all my loans will be paid off would a random normie agree? Any one whose job it is to figure out how to make money? If this sounds ridiculous why does adding two letters to my name and six zeros to all the numbers suddenly make it ok? These are rough numbers for currently the most successful AI company, which means every other one probably has worse values, so please explain why are we gambling the entire economy for decades if not a century on this obvious money sink?

Investors are not, contrary to popular belief, actually intelligent or good with their money.

Too much has been invested for that to happen at this point. It's like claiming in the 1850's that steamships were a fad that would never replace sailing ships.
