Do the old aristocrac european leaders would use cheap labour from more docile population if they have the means to do it in the past and ways to counter any rebolt of the mass? Do they hate their pessants the same as now?. One of the reasons they didnt do theses things was fear of the mob but if they have the tech to control their uprisings like now?
It seems to me that a lot of migrants to Europe actually aren't very docile compared to the natives, that they actually are responsible for a lot of violent crimes.Maybe I'm totally off base but this is the impression that I get.
