Everything about it is milquetoast. This is the US presidential oath, it doesn't even have to say "I swear", it doesn't contain reference to God, or even laying your life down for your arguably most important job in the country. Contrast this with the oath of a regular German private: hand sign of the Holy Trinity, swears by God, to lay his life down to fulfill his oath of obedience. Throughout history Europeans have always sworn oaths on God(s), what the US is doing is so alien.
